Our personal trainers are fun to work with and highly qualified, but most importantly they are experienced.  Our trainers can work with you in your home, in your office, at one of our personal training studios, or at any outdoor space you choose.

We will customize a personal training program that will help you achieve your goals quickly and efficiently. Since nutrition is key to your success, we evaluate your nutritional intake and then help you with your meal planning.  If you want to lose bodyfat or to increase lean muscle mass, our personal trainers have the knowledge to help you achieve results.

We use a variety of training tools including: Stability Balls, Medicine Balls, Core Balls, Free Weights, Resistance Bands, Agility Ladders, and new and innovative training techniques by TRX, BOSU, and BOSU Dynamic Stability Trainer so your training is always fun, dynamic, and cutting edge.

Our clients include men and women of all ages, shapes, and athletic abilities. Your personalized training program is created with your current fitness level and objectives in mind.  Your program can consist of simple body weight exercises with a focus on core strength training or advanced exercises such as explosive, plyometric, multi-joint, and multi-muscle exercises. Each program is designed to challenge at least one of the following areas: core, balance, agility, cardiovascular, and muscular strength.  Our Trainers design personalized programs that get their clients into the best shape in the least amount of time.

Daniella | Pro Trainer

    Daniella is originally from New York City where she worked at the New York Sports Club. She recently moved to San Francisco to pursue a master’s degree in Integrated Psychology Counseling from the California Institute of Integral Studies focusing on the connection between mind and body. Daniella has a passion for fitness, which lead her to teach physical education and pursue her career as a personal trainer. She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and specializes in core, balance, functional and circuit training. Her workouts are motivating, creative and fun with a focus on form and integrated core strength. Daniella enjoys many physical activities including yoga, cycling, running and dance.

    Lauren has always aspired to unify her profession as a teacher and passion for fitness by becoming a personal trainer & group fitness instructor. After running a marathon, Lauren began looking for a challenging workout. She found a perfect fit with bodyFi's 30 minute boot camp that delivered results which exceeded her previous marathon training.
    Lauren is now ACE certified and looks forward to delivering exceptional service to her new clients at bodyFi.

    I have been into dance, fitness, and health for over 10 years now. I have been studied fitness and health officially for about 5 years. I am a true city girl being born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. I have two fitness certifications, an Associate's Degree in physical education and health and I am in the process of achieving my Bachelor's Degree in health and wellness. I am ready and willing to do what is necessary to help my clients achieve their goal(s) at hand.
    I specialize in core & stability training and have taught Pilates, Bootcamp, Total Body Conditioning, & Hip Hop classes.
