How do I sign up for classes? |

- Click Reservation (top right tab) - Click new user signup (top right) - Create your account - Choose a location by clicking on one of the tabs - Scroll down to find the class you want to take - Click Signup Now (the next page will let you pick the individual classes or entire 6-weeks) Please ONLY select the dates you are actually able to take the class. - Click enroll as unpaid if you have a GROUPON PDF. How do I check my schedule or cancel a class? |
|
- Click Reservation or the calendar icon (top right) - Log on with your user name and password - Click My Info - Click My Schedule (if you don't see My Schedule Tab, maximize your browser window) - Click Cancel on any class that you can't make. *** You'll NEED to CANCEL your reserved class PRIOR to the cancellation window (2 hours for lunch time and after work classes) or 10hours for the morning classes at Dolores. Otherwise, you'll loose the credit for that class. |

Can I just show up to class? |
|
No. Due to our limit of 6-10 people per class, we rely on the reservation system to make sure we don't overbook. We also check the roster the night before class to plan the training tools & lesson accordingly. |

Is there class Rain or Shine? |
|
YES! This is bootcamp right? :) If it is just drizzling we'll have class outside as planned. Otherwise, we will train INDOOR at one of our partners' facility. Additional fees and/or membership dues are required if you have an intro bootcamp membership. Please email

What if I don't want to train inside or pay the indoor fee? |
|
If you'd prefer to not train at one of our indoor rain locations or do not want another $15/mo gym membership, you may cancel your reservation for that day. However, we encourage you to check with one of our instructors or fellow boot campers, as we have memberships that allow one guest free of charge @ Planet Fitness. We look forward to you rejoining us outdoors once the weather has cleared. |

We strongly recommend wearing comfortable fitness clothing. On cold, rainy, and windy days, wear layers with a hooded jacket and workout pants. |

What should I bring to class? |
|
- Bring water, workout towel, and a small mat for floor exercises. - Don't bring any other personal belongings if you can help it. Although nothing has been missing, we're not responsible for any lost or stolen items. - If you want to bring a friend, make sure he/she is registered on the system first. |

It's only 30 minute so if you're late it cuts into your own workout. Instructors may require extra pushups and prisoner squats! :) Of course if you wake up late or can't find parking etc... then come anyway. 15-20 minutes is still better than missing a workout entirely! |

Minimum Class Size & Cancellation Policy |

- For morning classes, you have until 9:30pm (the night before) to cancel - For lunch time and after work classes, you have 2 hours prior to class to cancel If you cancel outside of the cancellation policy, you'll just loose the credit for the reserved class. *** We reserve the right to cancel a class 2 hours prior to class time when there's less than 3 people on the roster. * Although all the classes are active, not all classes have people enrolled everyday. No refunds will be processed after the 2nd class. If we do make an exception and process a refund, the following formula will be used to determine the refund amount: Total Fees Paid minus [# of class used x $18 (the full price of 1 class) ]
For example, if you purchased a month membership for $120 (20 classes, $6/class.) You attended four classes, however, conflicts in your schedule arise and you are no longer able regularly attend. You'll receive $120 - (4 x $18) = $48. |
