The BodyGem metabolic test will measure how many calories your body burn a day so the BodyGem Analyzer can craft a meal plan that meets your fitness goals.  If you want to lose weight, maintain, or increase lean muscle mass, this test will accelerates the results of your personal training, or group fitness sessions.

Your 30 minutes session will include the following:

  • Bodyfat measurement using a bioimpedance digital scale.
  • BodyGem RMR test to determine how many calories your body burns a day.
  • BodyGem nutritional analyzer based on your unique bodygem measurements.
  • Nutritional plan and daily caloric intake requirement to meet your weight loss/gain goal.
